This property was previously listed with another agent for 409 days! We spent many hours talking to the seller to find out why it didn't sell. As you can see by the Before and After photos, we asked the photographer to make sure the architectural features were showcased and added our own staging items (Top photo is ours). We needed to give the public the reasons they needed to come to the Open House! (BTW over 50 people showed up in 2 hrs) We took a few days longer than normal to put on the MLS because we wanted to be perfect and do it right the firt time! We made 2 videos for this porperty. The first one was for the MLS and showcases the house, the land and the area which is just as important! The 2nd is for the Agents before the  showing. I sent it to them in advance of their showing so they understood all the details and could really be armed to help us sell the house!
